V S Informatics has a Reaserch development and Traning center in India. Everyone who works on your project is an employee of V S Informatics. We do not outsource to 3rd parties. The employees you may be communicating with all speak English. We provide 24/7 live support so call us any time!.

Our president, Vibha Tambe, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Prairie Center for the Arts.In India, we contribute a percentage of our monthly income to Swadhar, an organization that provides food, shelter, education, counseling, and other social services to disadvantaged women and children.

Your primary point of contact will be a team leader who speaks good English.

How do we keep a tab of changes during development?

We will be hosting your site on a staging (development) server. You can review the site in development there and e-mail us with your feedback.

Can I see my Project while you are working on it?

Yes. When we start your P{roject, we will provide a link to it on our development server. You can visit the web site any time, check on our progress, and provide feedback.

What is Project maintenance?

Project maintenance is updating your Project with new content that you provide. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back. We offer a complimentary one month free support period after project development.

What are your rates? What does a web site cost?

We issue a refund only if we have not begun work on the project. We request payment in four milestones to ensure your satisfaction during the phases of development.

What are your payment terms?

Our project payments are divided as follows: 1. 1st milestone: 25% payment is due after the creation of the Functional Specification Document (FSD) and your approval of a mock up of the home page and subsequent pages. 2. 2nd milestone- 25% payment is due after the completion of 50% of the coding 3. 3rd milestone- 25% payment is due after completion of 75% of the coding 4. 4th milestone- 25% payment is due after completion of 100% of the coding and before migration to client server 5. During the project, you can access your project on the staging server any time to track the progress of the development.
